Jin M. Kim, D.O.
TLC Director & Board Certified Family Practitioner
"I treat patients, not symptoms," says Dr. Kim about his dedication to those he serves. "There needs to be a connection to understanding the total health of my patients. Medical school taught me medicine, but my best teachers are my patients. They help me to carefully diagnose their illnesses and symptoms and then, the treatment is thoughtfully prescribed."
In the heart of Westchase near the neighboring communities of Town-N-County and Oldsmar, founding Director Jin M. Kim, D.O., inspires a family tradition in personalized healthcare diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Kim earned his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine where the specialization of Osteopathy was originally founded by Dr. A.T. Still in Missouri. He completed his post graduate studies at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute of St. Petersburg, Florida.

Michael Sore, M.D.
Board Certified Emergency Medicine

"After spending years in the fast-paced emergency room setting, it is very rewarding to join Dr. Kim at TLC. I enjoy being able to take the time necessary to properly explain the patient's condition, treatment requirements, and preventative measures to get the patient feeling better and keep them that way. My goal is to take care of my patients the way I'd want someone to take care of me or my family."
Dr. Sore completed his undergraduate and medical school studies at the University of South Florida. He did his residency in Emergency Medicine and eventually joined the teaching faculty in Chicago, then he practiced ER medicine for a busy hospital outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin as their Director and Assistant Director of the hospital's stroke program. Currently, Dr. Sore serves as the ER Director of Largo Medical Center as well as a practitioner at TLC .
